Pickup & delivery

How to book

Call (432) 332-9400. We take your address, pick a weekday morning (before 10 AM) and note anything the driver should know — gate code, which door, leave on the porch. The first pickup sets you up as a delivery customer; after that it's a one-minute call.

Paying

• Card on file — charged when the order is ready; the receipt is emailed.
• Pay over the phone — we call when it's ready and take your card.
• Cash on delivery — pay the driver at the door.
• Monthly statement for business accounts.

Good to know

• Bags in any shape are fine; we send them back folded in bags.
• Same preferences as at the counter — detergent, softener, hang-dry, no bleach.
• Service area: Odessa and the immediate area. Ask if you're further out.
